The new One Size All In One (OS AIO) will replace Thirsties’ line of Duo sized All In Ones. The new diapers are advertised to fit babies from 8-40 pounds and are 40% more absorbent (and dry 3x as fast!), so even fans of the old diapers should be excited about this new release!
I never had the chance to try the Duo AIO, but I can say that the new OS AIO fits Emily well (she is on the medium rise setting at 2 years old and 25 pounds) and is a remarkably lightweight and trim diapering option.
Emily doesn’t like wearing diapers these days so when I’m running around the house trying to pin her down to put on a diaper, I want something that won’t require much setup (since I only have a few seconds before she’ll try to bolt away again!) and I need a great set of snaps to keep her from immediately pulling the diaper back off again. I typically grab an AIO when I know it’s going to be a struggle, and I love that the insert on the Thirsties OS AIO doesn’t require any special folding or adjustments – I can throw the diaper down, plop Emily on top, and quickly fasten it without any extra steps. I was also really excited to see that the snap configuration for the new AIOs is the same setup as on the OS Pocket Diapers (but the durable hook and loop closure is also an option for those who like it better!)
If you’re interested in a diaper that is easy to use and quick to dry, this is definitely one you should look into. And while I’m generally more concerned with the way a diaper functions than how it looks, it certainly doesn’t hurt when it looks adorable on a baby as well
The new OS AIOs are currently available for purchase online (you can use our Cloth Diaper Retailers Database if you need help finding the best deal or deciding where to purchase from!) but Thirsties is also giving one Padded Tush Stats fan the chance to try one for free! Good luck!
